Coil feeder

Description

The Plasma Feed feeds sheet into a plasma system eliminating the need to stock and handle flat sheets on to the table thus increasing floor space.
All plasma feeds come standard with a leveler capacity up to 16 gauge/1.651 mm and beading capacity up to 20 gauge/0.889 mm so that beaded or un beaded flat sheet can be fed directly onto the plasma table from coiled stock (plasma feed works with beader on/off).

Leveler and beader adjustments are on the side of the leveler for ease of access and are direct drive (opposed to chains that stretch leaving inaccuracies in roll levels).

A simple forward/reverse hand control feeds the plasma cutter and the plasma software "rip cut" function cuts it at the required length.

Coil Holders come in various options depending on loading and handling systems used. The Plasma Feed can be supplied with up to 6 Coil Holders, all of which have a capacity of 6 tons as standard.
